Hey gang! For today's stop on the tour, I will be reviewing On Lone Star Trail by Amanda Cabot. On Lone Star Trail is the final book in the Texas Crossroads series. I thought that this would be a contemporary christian romance; but it was a little heavier on the christian side, of which I'm not a huuuge fan. As far as I can tell, you will need to read the rest of the series to make sure you get all the details. I didn't feel completely lost, but I feel as though I needed a little more detail and info to help me out.
That being said, I thought that this was a really cute book, and I enjoyed it. I really truly did. Since most of my friends are not christian romance (or christian literature anything, really), there are only a handful that I could recommend this to. Now, If I were back at my old branch, I would recommend this series for the Inspirational Book Club, because I think the ladies would really enjoy it, and they're always looking for new authors!
